擇要:煤礦出產(chǎn)中會(huì)發(fā)生大量的粉塵,今朝降塵技能首要以噴霧為主。本文操作流體力學(xué)軟
件 FLUENT 對(duì)壓力-旋流式噴嘴的噴霧特征舉辦 k-ε湍流模子數(shù)值模仿。湍流模子則回收標(biāo)
準(zhǔn)模子,行使離散相模子 包羅碰撞和破裂模子 追蹤液滴行為軌跡,按非定;顒(dòng)計(jì)較噴霧
液滴在噴霧流場(chǎng)中的霧化環(huán)境及 SMD 漫衍。同時(shí)說(shuō)明白霧滴直徑和噴霧降塵之間的相關(guān)。

Abstract: Coal mine production will produce a lot of dust; the main technology at present is spray!
A numerical investigation with FLUENT is performed to explore the characteristic of spray
produced by a nozzle.The flow field is simulated using standard turbulence mode1.To predict the
behavior of the spray,several other Discrete― Phase Models DPM ,including collision and
breakup,are used. It also analyzes the relation between the dust cloud droplets diameter and
spray.

煤礦出產(chǎn)會(huì)無(wú)法停止的呈現(xiàn)大量的粉塵,粉塵危害著礦工的身材康健,威脅著礦井的安
全出產(chǎn)。粉塵濃度高,易引起爆炸和火警,煤礦粉塵爆炸變亂時(shí)有產(chǎn)生,噴霧加濕系統(tǒng),傷亡慘重,嚴(yán)峻的
還可以摧毀礦井,造成很大的經(jīng)濟(jì)喪失。其它,粉塵對(duì)人體康健有很大的危害,尤其以小粒
徑物為甚。由于小粒徑顆粒粉塵長(zhǎng)時(shí)刻飄浮于大氣中,難以沉降,噴霧降溫設(shè)備,易被人體呼吸進(jìn)入身材,
粒徑越小的粉塵在人體呼吸道中的沉降部位越深,同時(shí)危害
